The Leasing Director / Associate Director will work closely with the client team to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants. They will also be responsible for overseeing lease negotiations, lease renewals, and resolving any tenant issues that may arise. Additionally, they will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new tenants and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing, with a proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties in Hong Kong. They must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders. The Leasing Director / Associate Director must also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate leasing. A professional designation such as RICS or CFA is preferred.
