Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead, direct, and control overall financial operations for the organization. The CFO will work closely with the Executive Leadership team, Enterprise Leadership team for Jefferson Health, the Board of Directors, and various stakeholders to develop strategic, operational, budgetary, and tactical business plans. Responsibilities include leading financial planning strategy, managing finance and accounting divisions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with other executives to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in process and project management. They should have in-depth knowledge of managed Medicaid and Medicare, experience with the Affordable Care Act, and familiarity with financial reporting guidelines. A Bachelors Degree in accounting and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) are preferred, along with 9-12 years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare managed care and 7+ years of management responsibility at a senior level. Compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws is required for this position.
