The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (Information Technology) position in Central Florida is a permanent role with a rate range of $150,000+. The main responsibility of this role is to support the IT department in managing the entire process of mergers and acquisitions, from letter of intent to full integration. The Director will work closely with Senior VPs and serve as the main point of contact for anything M&A related within the IT department.
Qualified candidates for this position should have 5-10+ years of experience managing end-to-end Mergers and Acquisitions from an IT perspective. They should also be familiar with deal transactions, majority/minority ownership, and have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
