This job opportunity is for an experienced IT Leader/ CIO to work for a well-known brand in the B2B sector. The role involves developing and implementing IT strategies focused on digitalization and automation, leading technology teams in Poland and internationally, and ensuring coherence between IT strategic objectives and overall business strategy. The successful candidate will also oversee operational plans and initiatives, manage the IT budget, develop strategies for managing IT suppliers, and maintain relationships with key vendors and recipients of IT products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Information Technology or related field, several years of experience in IT management, including leadership positions, and experience in managing vendor relationships and large budgets. They should also have a deep understanding of IT systems and software management, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English and Polish.
