Our client, a European Infrastructure Manager with global expansion plans, is seeking an Investment Director to join their Value Creation team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to engage with portfolio businesses, and work closely with CEOs on strategy and value-driving initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in the Infrastructure/Energy Transition sector, preferably in Transportation, as well as strong analytical skills and financial expertise. The Investment Director will work alongside the investment team to develop and manage the portfolio companies, monitor and implement business plans, and establish relationships with potential investors and partners.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or science, with 10+ years of experience in an Investment or Senior leadership role within an Energy or Transportation company. They should have a proven track record in financial management, operational execution, and due diligence, as well as experience in project finance execution. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to different cultures.
