The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of M&A experience from a leading player in investment banking or an M&A boutique, with a background in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields from a prestigious university.
The Investment Associate will be responsible for deal sourcing, analyzing potential acquisition targets, leading due diligence processes, working with existing and potential portfolio companies, conducting market analyses, preparing investment cases for the company's board, and participating in meetings with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure, with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
