As the interim HR manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving HR initiatives at an agency undergoing transition. This role will involve focusing on developing working methods and strengthening managers and leaders within the agency. In addition to overseeing the HR unit, which consists of around ten employees based in Stockholm, you will also have operational, budget, work environment, and personnel responsibilities. Reporting to the head of the department for operational support, you will be an integral part of the department's management team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in leading teams and driving organizational change. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
