
Our client is looking for individuals who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support in areas such as post-merger consultations and culture change. The Interim Directors of People and Culture will be working with an NHS organization in London for approximately 3-6 months, starting as soon as possible. These roles fall inside IR35 and are band VSM, preferably through a Fixed Term Contract. Candidates must have previous experience in similar roles and be able to commit to weekly on-site presence.
