
The client is seeking an interim Chief Operating Officer with experience in managing a Finance business unit for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate should have experience in transformation and operations, and be able to start immediately. Responsibilities include defining objectives, goals, and strategies for the Finance business unit, managing a high-performing team, collaborating with the transformation team to establish a new practice model, standardizing and optimizing finance processes, implementing workflow management and automation, managing client expectations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading and managing global teams and stakeholders.
The interim COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and business matters of the Finance business unit, including setting clear KPIs for the team and ensuring high performance. They will work closely with the transformation team to establish a new practice model and organization, standardize and optimize finance processes, and implement workflow management and intelligent automation. The COO will also be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery, as well as providing overall leadership and day-to-day operations across global locations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in managing global teams and operations. They should be able to effectively collaborate with the transformation team to drive change and optimize finance processes. The interim COO will play a key role in setting objectives, goals, and strategies for the Finance business unit, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful implementation of workflow management and automation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
