The job is for a Chief Financial Officer (12 month FTC) role within a leading NHS Trust in the South West. The main responsibilities include overseeing and managing a large finance department, being accountable for financial governance and control, presenting financial budgets and forecasts to the board and stakeholders, building cohesive relationships with various departments and stakeholders, and executing healthcare contracts with financial milestones. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chief Financial Officer or executive finance director within an NHS Trust, a strong understanding of the NHS financial framework, and be available immediately or on short notice.
