The Director will report significant information to Trustees on corporate-related matters, direct the development of annual budgets, provide leadership in strategic planning, monitor financial performance, conduct evaluations, develop organizational charts, implement policies, recruit and employ a workforce, provide training and education, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain effective fund development, public relations, and marketing efforts. Additionally, the Director will be involved in community programs, attend educational programs, participate in professional organizations, work beyond normal hours as needed, and represent the organization at various functions and events.
