The client is seeking an Infrastructure Structured Finance Director for the EMEA region to join their team. This role will involve origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors. The Director will be responsible for supervising the activities of the team, including vice presidents, associates, and analysts, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders. Monitoring internal ratings, money laundering risk assessments, and construction and operation reports will also be part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project finance, infrastructure, energy, and TMT sectors, with a strong background in origination and execution of transactions. They will be responsible for managing the portfolio of structured finance transactions in the EMEA region and ensuring the validity of internal ratings. The Director will also oversee the monitoring of construction and operation reports, credit reviews, and waiver and amendment processes. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for liaising with internal stakeholders and supervising the team effectively.
