Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a highly experienced individual to lead a team of over 40 people in various technical departments. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and Industrialization VP, and will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing processes and interfaces throughout the product life cycle. This role will involve consulting with the management board on industrial subjects, supporting industrialization projects, and ensuring smooth entry into serial production.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in similar manufacturing positions, with an engineering degree being a requirement and a master's in management highly desirable. Strong process management skills, experience with new product launches, and a practical mindset focused on continuous improvement are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive and solutions-driven approach to driving performance and innovation within the company.
