The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience in indirect procurement within an international company, with a proven track record of leading negotiations with local and global suppliers/stakeholders in both Japanese and English. They should possess strong knowledge of procurement processes and category management for major indirect categories, as well as demonstrated excellence in negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
