The Chief Development Officer (CDO) at our client is a key leadership position responsible for all fundraising and development activities. Reporting to the CEO, the CDO will work closely with the senior management team and Board of Directors to develop and implement a yearly fundraising plan that includes major gifts, institutional giving, events, volunteer programs, and annual campaigns. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with donors, as well as forging new partnerships to diversify the organization's funding base. The CDO will be responsible for implementing the infrastructure needed to grow private funding and expanding our client's donor base and pipeline. By strategically strengthening the organization's overall fundraising capacity, it is expected that the amount raised will increase in future years. The CDO will play a leadership role in securing funding for current and new initiatives, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve fundraising goals and support the mission of our client.
