
The Lancashire based client is seeking a UK HR Lead to join their team. This role will involve developing and implementing the UK People Strategy, providing guidance to leaders, and supporting business growth in the UK and European region. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, solving cultural issues, driving talent initiatives, and managing HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Head of HR or equivalent, with strong business partnering skills and the ability to drive change and influence senior leadership.
The successful candidate will have project management experience, be commercially astute, and have a background in sectors such as FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing/Engineering, or Construction. Experience in complex, matrixed structures and international regions, particularly the Nordics, is beneficial. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, work autonomously, and play a key role in the expansion and development of the European business. The position is mainly onsite in Lancashire with a salary up to 90,000 plus car and benefits.
