The HR Process Improvement Specialist role is a 9-month contract with the opportunity for an immediate start. The focus of this position is on optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, map, and redesign key processes, as well as fostering clear communication and accountability. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong analytical skills, and have a focus on improvement. This is not a technical BA role, but rather a position that requires IT savvy individuals to create, map, and implement best practice business processes.
The ideal candidate will have Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent, along with 7+ years of experience in business analysis and process mapping within a HR environment. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in complex organizations are also required.
