The HR Operations Team Leader position in Milton Keynes is a new role created due to company growth, offering a competitive salary, bonus, and full corporate benefits. The successful candidate will lead a team of 8 individuals supporting a client group of around 5000 employees, with a focus on driving best practices, embedding processes, and ensuring SLAs are met. This role presents an opportunity for someone with HR Operations experience, ideally from the financial services or professional services sector, to make a significant impact and grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities include managing the HR Operations team to provide top-notch support to all employees, working closely with other teams such as HRIS and analytics to ensure smooth processes using Workday, and leading and managing projects for process integration and improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Centre of Excellence, with team leadership experience and a strong understanding of Workday. While experience in the Insurance or similar regulated Financial Services sector is preferred, candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
