Our client, a leading multinational industrial company with operations across Europe, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support their European Operations division. The client prioritizes operational excellence and employee well-being, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth. The successful candidate will serve as the HR Business Partner for the European Operations organization, supporting around 100 employees in collaboration with key stakeholders, implementing HR processes and policies at regional and local levels, and leading factory transformation and restructuring projects.
In addition to HR operations, the role will involve defining and implementing the European Labor Relations strategy, policies, and agreements, leading the European Work Council relationship and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with European labor legislations. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Law, Labor Relations, or HR, with over 10 years of experience in a similar position, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
