Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an HR Director with a proven track record in HR management. The ideal candidate will specialize in building HR strategies, implementing organizational changes, and driving strategic initiatives for business growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, leading and managing the HR team, and designing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. The HR Director will also facilitate organizational change, oversee recruitment and talent management, handle employee relations, manage performance appraisal systems, and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They must possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and change management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a very good command of English, and comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, databases, and analytics tools are required.
