The role involves leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department, as well as assisting in change management initiatives and transition activities. Reporting to the CEO, Turkey and functionally to the VP of Human Resources, EMEA, this position is part of the leadership team. Responsibilities include supporting cultural transformation, defining the impact of the HR function, executing HR administration procedures, managing the recruitment process, overseeing Learning and Development activities, coordinating a new Performance Management process, and managing local labor law requirements.
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, experience in a Matrix organization, and supporting HR and stakeholders in transformation and change. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, solid employment law knowledge, and fluency in English and Turkish are required.
