Our client, a prominent retail company in the CEE region, is seeking an experienced HR Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong people and business mindset to enhance the company's market position and facilitate growth. The HR Director will work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver high-quality HR services across multiple business brands and functions in various countries within the CEE region. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, implementing new programs aligned with business strategy, and overseeing human resources processes.
The successful applicant will have proven experience as an international HR Director, preferably within the Retail & E-commerce / Consumer goods sector. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and experience in post-merger integration projects are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a profound understanding of HR fundamentals, including Polish labor law, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English are required for this role, which offers autonomy, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to travel abroad.
