Our client is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support their operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role involves providing day-to-day HR advice to line and senior Managers, managing employee relations issues, and collaborating with the team to enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities also include leading corporate processes, managing recruitment, identifying improvements for departmental efficiency, and supporting Learning & Development implementation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree, at least 2 years of experience as a cross-country HR Business Partner, and a solid understanding of current employment legislation in the Nordics.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English (Swedish desirable), the ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively. They should be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
