
The Birkdale family of schools consists of three sites in south-west Sheffield, educating around 870 pupils from ages 3 to 18. The Senior School caters to students from Year 7 to Year 13, the Prep School serves students from Reception to Year 6, and Castle Dyke offers extensive playing fields and facilities on the edge of the Peak District National Park. In September 2023, S. Anselms, a 3-13 boarding and day prep school in Bakewell, joined the Birkdale family, feeding pupils into Birkdale Senior at Year 9 and preparing others for Common Entrance to national public schools.The schools are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for students to thrive academically and personally.
