Our client, a well-established Swiss Asset Manager regulated by FINMA, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop their Wealth Management business. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Board to build and expand the private banking offering, attracting and maintaining their own clients while growing a team to focus on client acquisition. Compliance with regulatory requirements and active participation in executive management are key responsibilities of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in attracting and maintaining clients, with a strong background in leadership and managing other bankers. A direct and current client base, entrepreneurial spirit, and market focus on Switzerland and/or Europe are desired qualifications. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
