The position reports to the General Manager and involves improving business processes, providing technical leadership to engineers, evaluating new technologies, and enhancing efficiency, quality, and competitiveness. Responsibilities include developing and improving business processes, overseeing full-scale product on-boarding, identifying opportunities for process improvement, leading change management initiatives, providing customer support, and mentoring a team of engineers.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in similar manufacturing roles, an engineering degree, and preferably a master's in management. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process management, R&D, leadership, problem-solving, project management, products and processes, communication in English and Turkish, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality requirements is required.
