The client, a SAAS business focused on scientific and academic research, is seeking a Global Head of Talent to support their EDI and ESG goals, Talent and L&D strategy, and overall Talent Development. This remote-first role will involve partnering with all areas of the business to develop career models, pathways, Learning and Development programs, and performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service, developing and retaining talent, and building a reputation as a trusted advisor in talent and learning.

They will be able to work remotely with occasional travel to London, and will be skilled in building relationships and maintaining a high level of service across the business.
