The Head of Talent Acquisition (APAC) will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and with a dotted line to the Head of HR APAC and CEO of the APAC business, this individual will play a key role in supporting the client's growth, investment, and transformation. They will be a part of the APAC HR Leadership team and will work closely with regional leadership, Country HR Business Partners, and Country Heads to help scale the business with a team of 20+ specialists across 10+ markets.
This is a brand new role in Singapore, offering the opportunity to join the client in the early stages of their next exciting chapter. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable team and be responsible for both blue and white-collar hiring, including executive recruitment.
