We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and HRBP at our client. This position involves leading recruitment and HR functions in the Stockholm region, ensuring the company's ability to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support, tactical execution of recruitment and HR processes, and long-term development of these functions. Additionally, they will serve as a leader and coach for managers at all levels, focusing on effective communication with employees and achieving business goals while considering individual needs. The Head of Talent Acquisition will manage a team of six within Talent Acquisition and report to the Regional Manager, actively participating in strategic decisions and initiatives.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, driving the recruitment process in collaboration with managers, and developing the team. They will also lead the implementation of regional development agendas, drive recruitment of consulting managers, and ensure that HR work supports business objectives. The HR Business Partner will lead the implementation of tactical People processes, follow up on People KPIs, offer managerial support in personnel matters, and handle difficult rehabilitation and work environment issues. The ideal candidate will have an academic degree in a relevant field, around 10 years of recruitment experience, at least 2 years of management experience in recruitment, and experience in a broad HR Business Partner role. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, a confident leadership style, and a proactive, structured work approach are also essential qualities for success in this role.
