The Head of Senior School position requires a candidate who can authentically connect with various stakeholders, including pupils, parents, staff, Governors, former pupils, and the wider community. Building meaningful relationships will be a key aspect of this role, as the individual will be responsible for leading the Senior School with a high degree of authenticity. The successful candidate will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Rector, Deputy Rector, and Board of Governors to strategically lead our client.In addition to establishing strong relationships, the Head of Senior School will be expected to provide visionary leadership and demonstrate exemplary management skills in the day-to-day operations of the Senior School. This role will involve overseeing various aspects of the school's operations, ensuring that it aligns with the overall strategic direction set by the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership and a proven track record of successfully managing a school or similar educational institution.
