
A market-leading energy company is seeking a strategic commercial leader to drive revenue growth and market dominance in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. This hands-on role involves managing project sales, developing sustainable business partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring project sales team performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree being a plus, along with a minimum of 20-25 years of experience in the energy market and at least 5 years in a leadership role. P&L management experience, strong business acumen, and fluency in English are required for this position.
