The client, a rapidly growing Beauty & Personal Care company with iconic brands, is seeking a Head of Sales for the FMCG sector in Germany and Austria. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, margin, and market presence in the region. Responsibilities include leading and developing a sales team, negotiating with key customers to maximize business opportunities, managing promotion budgets for profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and experience in sales management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in Germany and Austria for the client's Beauty & Personal Care products. This includes leading a team of 5 FTEs, negotiating annual contracts with strategic customers, and optimizing promotion budgets for profitability. Collaboration with marketing, finance, and customer service teams is essential to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales will also work closely with the European Sales Management team to support strategic accounts and cross-border business opportunities.

Candidates for this position should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as experience in sales management.
