Our client is a multinational trading company in the fashion accessories industry, providing full-service from sourcing to design, supply chain management, quality control, and social compliance. The successful candidate will report to the Group Managing Director and manage teams across Hong Kong and China on supplier management, cost and quality control, price and contract negotiation, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for owning the P&L for the business, building value-adding dashboards on supplier performance management, streamlining the supplier base, and reviewing the sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a degree and relevant experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement, with solid knowledge in fashion jewelry, sensitivity in numbers, data analytics, and the ability to plan strategically based on insights and data.
