Additionally, the position involves coordinating with international teams to adhere to global guidelines and share best practices, supervising campaign analytics to maximize ROI, and elevating content creators, influencers, and digital/phygital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media strategies, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or Media Agency sectors, with experience in planning, buying, and optimizing media across various channels. They should have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, participating in digital transformation projects, and in-depth knowledge of MarTech, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Content Marketing, Display, Social Media, and digital analytics tools. Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic vision skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate digital media agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement necessary MarTech technologies.
