A prestigious and historic global International School brand is seeking a Head of Marketing and Admissions for their newly established campus in Japan. This role involves providing strategic leadership for all marketing and admissions initiatives, collaborating closely with departmental managers and the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute comprehensive plans. The successful candidate will oversee admissions procedures, develop strategic plans based on market research, manage the end-to-end admissions process, maintain relationships with recruitment channels, and supervise Admissions staff.
In terms of marketing and branding, the Head of Marketing and Admissions will develop and review comprehensive marketing strategies across various media channels, cultivate media coverage with key influencers, promote the school through innovative initiatives and events, and ensure effective representation in official documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, business level English and Japanese proficiency, 15+ years of experience in the education industry, and strong skills in project and people management.
