The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for the full cycle of acquisitions, including target identification, negotiations, deal structuring, and integration support. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of M&A experience with a strong track record of successful transactions, preferably within the services industry. Knowledge of the services sector is an asset, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems quickly and effectively is essential.
