The successful candidate will have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics, proven experience in a similar role, exceptional leadership skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities. They must be results-oriented, have a problem-solving attitude, and possess a deep knowledge of the industry and market dynamics. Fluency in English and/or Spanish, as well as a willingness to travel nationally and internationally, are also required.
