The client is seeking a Head of International Private Label Business in the FMCG sector. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the main responsibilities include supervising and coordinating 3 Key Accounts and 6 commercial agents in different countries. The role involves market analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of both the company and competitors, in order to improve customer relationships. Managing relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and driving the Private Label business by implementing strategies to enhance services and create value-added offers.
Key duties also include quoting tenders, managing the P&L, coordinating with other departments, and expanding the product portfolio of current clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in consolidating the client's services and differentiating them in the market. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth in the Private Label sector on an international scale.
