The Head of Impact role is a crucial position within the senior management team, reporting directly to the Board Subcommittee and CEO. The main focus of this role is to lead the Impact Strategy and Programme across the Group, with a specific emphasis on the four capitals of value creation: Financial, Intellectual, Social, and Natural. This includes overseeing existing initiatives such as Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Leadership, Culture, and Collaboration, as well as working with external specialists and sector experts to ensure successful delivery of each programme.Key responsibilities of the Head of Impact include developing and implementing a strategy to improve non-financial outcomes across the Group, chairing the Sustainability Working Group across the Subsidiaries, preparing annual Climate-Related Disclosures and Group emissions reduction plans, and leading initiatives related to Social Responsibility. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with external stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, and aligning Group objectives to drive a stronger Impact focus across the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally to drive positive impact within the organization.
