The job involves leading a global team in identity access management and overseeing US IT operations for a financial services institution in midtown NYC. Responsibilities include developing, operating, and maintaining IAM systems globally, supporting Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle management products, and delivering strategic initiatives for IAM to protect against cyber threats. The role also involves providing strategic guidance for the Technology organization, managing end-user software and hardware operations, preparing budgets, establishing upgrade guidelines, and implementing business continuity protocols.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in corporate technology operations, 5+ years of experience leading technology teams and projects, and a Bachelor's degree with relevant certifications. Advanced knowledge of Databases, Networking, Systems, Windows, Active Directory, and Cloud platforms is required, along with strong project management skills, communication abilities, and dedication to delivering quality results. The role may require travel, non-traditional hours, and weekends, with a total compensation range of 275-350k.
