The Head of HR at a Global Agriculture Equipment Company in Nebraska will be responsible for overseeing all core HR activities, including local HR strategy execution, recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, retention, budgeting, cost management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, training, development, coaching, employer branding, expatriate management, and HR systems maintenance. They will lead the HR team to ensure all daily tasks are completed in line with company expectations and best practices, providing guidance and direction as needed.
