A global financial services company is seeking a Head of Shared Services & HR COO for APAC to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of people systems, infrastructure, operations, and analytics in the region. The role involves managing system implementation, overseeing operations strategy, and providing strategic input to ensure objectives are met. The HR COO will also lead a team of HR Operations, provide leadership support, and act as a thought leader for the business, interacting with key stakeholders and department leads.
