The Head of HR position is for a luxury brand launching a presence in Amaala, Saudi in 2025. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on senior HR professional who will work closely with the local General Manager and Corporate HR to ensure the project is completed on time and in full. They will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Resort, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Initially based in Riyadh, the role will eventually relocate to the luxury Resort once it opens in 2025. Responsibilities include implementing the hiring strategy and recruiting for the pre-opening 300 headcount by December 2025, as well as leading by example as an ambassador of the culture.
The Head of HR will be responsible for fostering awareness and understanding among team members, developing and implementing activities and programs that reflect the company's mission, purpose, and core values. They will oversee internal communications, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, with experience in luxury hospitality or similar industries. They must be a Saudi national and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
