A global leader in the private sector is seeking a senior HR professional to drive transformational change within the organization. This individual will report to the Chief HR Officer and work closely with the business in the GCC region to align the People Strategy with the client's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency in HR processes and strategy across the region, as well as developing key stakeholder relationships through frequent travel.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, senior HR professional with a passion for leading startup operations and a willingness to travel frequently across the GCC region. Experience in the MENA region and in similar positions within lean, start-up environments is essential.
