
The nationwide Facilities Management company in London is looking for a Head of HR Advisory to oversee all people-related matters in the UK. This role involves managing a team of 10, implementing change and transformation initiatives, and providing up-to-date employment law advice. The ideal candidate will have experience with TUPE, Redundancy, Restructure, and high-level Employee Relations, as well as a strong background in Performance Management and setting clear goals for the team.
The Head of HR Advisory will work three days a week in the office, with the option to be based in either Central London or Manchester. They will be responsible for conducting regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and probationary reviews with their team. The successful candidate will have a best practice approach to high-volume, low-level Employee Relations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
