
The client, a nationwide Facilities Management company in London, is looking for a Head of HR Advisory to oversee all people-related matters in the UK. This role involves managing a team of 10 HR advisors, implementing change and transformation initiatives, and providing up-to-date employment law advice. The ideal candidate will have experience with TUPE, redundancy, restructure, and high-level employee relations, as well as a strong background in performance management and setting clear goals for both business leaders and the HR team. The position requires three days in the office each week, with the option to work from either Central London or Manchester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the HR Advisory team, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to ensure efficiency and output. They must also have experience with high-volume, low-level employee relations and a best practice approach to handling HR issues.
