The successful candidate will lead a team of property professionals to ensure that our homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet all regulatory standards. They will develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of our housing stock and ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
The Head of Housing Property will also play a key role in developing partnerships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality housing services to our residents. They will be responsible for overseeing major repair and improvement projects, as well as managing budgets and resources effectively.
