The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, compliance, impact, and risk management. They should possess the ability to effectively balance operational needs with a human services approach. While experience in the aged care or disability sector is preferred, candidates from other industries with strong legal, risk, and compliance backgrounds will also be considered.The successful candidate must have the skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to the client's culture of shared core values. They should be able to influence others and drive positive change within the organization.
