
Our client in the manufacturing industry near Dortmund is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, and HR-Controlling. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a global People Analytics strategy, collecting and analyzing HR data, creating meaningful reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role also involves supporting leadership in data-driven decision-making, shaping the future of HR through innovative People Analytics solutions, and implementing HR programs based on data.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in People Analytics. They should possess deep expertise in data analysis techniques and tools, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in both German and English.
