Our client, a dynamic services company in the Baltic states, is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, investment evaluation, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with the CEO, Board, and Private Equity representatives to align financial strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a Finance Business Partner, driving value creation, process improvement, and profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, managing financial forecasting, monitoring budget execution, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for group companies.
The successful applicant will have experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within small to medium-sized companies, and possess strong managerial and leadership skills. Experience in scaling up businesses, supporting Private Equity investors, and navigating public procurement regulations will be beneficial.
